There's nothing like gameday in The Bounce House! Over 44,000 students, alumni and fans gather at Orlando's intimate bowl for every home game, creating a deafening (and shaking) atmosphere that sends most visiting teams hightailing it home in defeat. And never was the excitement greater than opening day at then-Bright House Stadium - September 15, 2007, the day this image was taken. High anticipation against a ranked opponent, and when all was said and done, the Knights almost pulled off the upset! As the Knights approach the end zone on first-and-three from the three yard line, just after halftime...SNAP! The moment is preserved for all-time, and is now available for your wall!
Like all prints in photographer Rob Arra's Everlasting Images series, every single detail is in perfect focus, and as you pan across the image you feel like you are at the stadium, dressed in gold, cheering on the boys on an absolutely stunning Central Florida Saturday afternoon. You can read the scoreboard, see the players on the sideline and on the field, the cheerleaders, the marching bands, and even the hated opposing school's section. If you've been to a Knights home game, or even if you're an armchair fan, you'll love this piece - just looking at it makes you feel like you're there on gameday! Worthy of a nice frame and a central location on your sports wall-of-fame.

This panorama spotlights the UCF Knights football team competing against the South Florida Bulls. The rivalry series became official in 2016 and each year the schools compete for a football and all-sports trophy. The Knights moved to the on-campus Spectrum Stadium in 2007 after playing 28 seasons at the Florida Citrus Bowl. Spectrum Stadium is nicknamed “The Bounce House” because of the movement of the structure as fans bounce up and down in celebration. Spectrum Stadium’s recent enhancements include the Carl Black and Gold Cabana--a Florida themed social area and lounge between the 30-yard lines, on-field cabanas--a first of their kind in college football, and the Stadium Club located on the west side of the stadium.
